You acknowledge and agree that Neogric Limited is under no obligation to issue a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) upon receipt of this Order Form if, in its absolute and sole discretion, the submission does not comply with the company's standard terms of business. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Neogric reserves the right to reject, without liability, any Order Form that fails to include all material commercial terms, including without limitation the proposed payment structure and target price.
